I had such a fantastic night with my friends last night. Our driver, Wellington, I believe, was amazing! Very personable, arrived on time to every destination, and even hopped out sometimes to help the ladies out of the car ... I must say, for my first time booking a limo for a night, the service I received was very well worth it, and I would love to plan something again once I get back from my business trip. I hired BergenMarch 21st's daughter for her wedding (March 21, 2015), which was over eight months ago, and I also used them for her bachelorette party. I was pleasantly surprised that even though I had confirmed one week earlier, they called me the Friday before the wedding to reconfirm everything. I spoke to Nube and Tatiana at the front desk/dispatch, and they were very friendly. We had several pickup locations/drop-offs and hired the Excalibur for the bride and groom.
Adam, the Excalibur driver, arrived early, was so professional, and certainly took pride in his vehicle and the fact that he was driving the bride to meet the groom. The 20-24 passenger limo and the Excalibur were in excellent condition, and Oscar, the other driver, was so professional. They certainly took the time we needed to make my daughter-in-law's flawless. Thank you to everyone at Bergen Limo for your services; we will certainly use you again. Mother-of-the-bride!

We were delighted with the service provided. The limo was for a Senior Prom, and Roger (the driver) was extremely friendly; as parents, we felt delighted knowing that all the children would be safe and properly taken care of. Roger was prompt, very understanding, courteous, and helpful under the extreme rain that evening. We used Bergen Limo last year for their junior prom, and this was the second year in a row; we were highly pleased. We will use Bergen Limo for all future events. Thank you.

I had the black Hummer this past Saturday night (5 Allen St, Rumson, NJ).
The car & driver were excellent.
Unfortunately, I dropped my driver's license sometime Saturday night.
Please check with the driver or anyone who may have cleaned the car.

I want to let you both know what a great time we all had. Everyone got such a kick out of the Hummer, and our driver, Pastor, was the perfect driver for us. He was VERY attentive to our needs and accommodated us way beyond my expectations!! Also, with you girls taking our hundreds of calls and questions, I again want to thank you both!!! Also, please be advised that the back driver-side window is broken and does not close. It was freezing in the back, and I couldn't figure out how to turn the heat on. Tdidn't seem to know either.

The confirmation call on Thursday was much appreciated, as was the fact that someone answered the pickup at 10:30 p.m. when I called for an earlier pickup.
